Kati: o macaquinho mais fofinho do mundo :)

O primeiro Halloween da Katherine foi passado numa Quinta, aqui em Maryland, a colher broculos e couves (LOL!). A Silviya (a mae) resolveu vesti-la de macaquinha e, tendo em conta o frio que estava, foi uma optima ideia.

Esta menina e’ um espanto. Exposta ‘as aboboras, ideia trenga dos pais e da madrinha, divertiu-se e divertiu-nos.
	E’ engracado aprender que nem todas as aboboras sao de comer. Estas, em particular, so servem para o “carving”, a arte de fazer caretas muito popular nesta altura do ano.

Casamento colorido de Outono

A Kristin e’ uma das minhas mais recentes amigas que conheci na MedImmune. O Ed e’ um porto-riquenho americanizado :) (nunca aprendeu o espanhol). Foi no passado dia 16 de Outubro que este casal muito simpatico nos convidou para o seu casamento em Leesburg, na Virginia.

	Alugaram uma mansao do seculo passado onde celebraram o dia mais importante da vida deles.
As cores do Outono coloriram o local. O dia soalheiro ajudou a encantar o ambiente romantico.
Eles sao uns verdadeiros fans da Virginia Tech, Universidade onde se conheceram. O bolo de noivos foi alusivo ‘a equipa dos seus coracoes. A ideia do capacete da equipa de football para deixar mensagens aos noivos foi muito original.

 

Conseguimos tirar uma foto com os noivos que estavam radiantes.
